Advicey.com LLC — effective immediately

The platform

Advicey is a reverse marketplace that connects people who post legal cases ("posters") with lawyers who bid for the right to represent them ("lawyers"). Advicey.com LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Posting disclaimer

By posting, you agree to Advicey.com LLC Terms. $50 verification bounty is paid FROM the winning lawyer's marketing bid after a verified signed retainer with your picked firm, not upfront. If your case qualifies for Pool Services as determined by Advicey — mass tort, same product/landlord/employer/data breach, or 5+ similar cases — you assign 10% of your Net Recovery to Advicey.com LLC, only if you win. If you win $0 you owe $0. Permanent, conditional on qualified law firm acceptance. No extra cost. Repayable if fraudulent.

Marketing bid

Lawyers place a sealed marketing bid and a client fee proposal. The marketing bid is a marketing fee paid to Advicey.com LLC — not a referral fee and not fee sharing. It is hidden from the poster at all times.

Bounty

Posters earn a $50 bounty paid from the winning lawyer's captured marketing bid, only after a verified signed retainer with the picked firm. It is never paid upfront or merely for receiving bids. Bounties may be clawed back if the poster does not sign a retainer or the case is fraudulent.

Top 3 & holds

Only the Top 3 highest marketing bids are shown to the poster. On selection, the winning firm's hold is captured and the other two holds are cancelled (refunded). If the poster declines all, all holds are cancelled.

Independent counsel

Posters are encouraged to obtain independent legal counsel before accepting representation. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the platform.
