Cases are posted with a redacted title and description. Lawyers see redacted case details, never your name, phone number, or contact information, until you pick them.
Evidence redaction
Uploaded evidence is scanned and personally identifiable information is redacted before it is shown to lawyers.
Data we collect
To verify identity and prevent fraud, we collect full legal name, date of birth, addresses, phone, ID information, and case details. Sensitive identifiers are stored as hashes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Sharing
Case details are shared with lawyers only after redaction. The winning firm and platform admins see the full case after selection. We never sell your personal information.
